New Portrait Released for Anne’s 75th Birthday

Ahead of Her Royal Highness’s 75th birthday tomorrow, a new picture of The Princess Royal has been released by Buckingham Palace.

The image was taken last month at Gatcombe Park, the private residence of The Princess Royal. The photograph was taken by John Swannell. I love how Anne is giving us a portrait that is friendly and yet no-nonsense. Very much what we have come to expect from Her Royal Highness over the years
